Item Condition

Returned items must be in a condition suitable for review. Please keep the product clean, protected, and complete until your return request has been processed.

  • Items should not show signs of wear, washing, use, alteration, odor, stains, or damage caused after delivery.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging should be included when applicable.
  • Items should be packed securely to help prevent damage during return transit.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return. This helps keep the return process fair, clear, and consistent.

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items missing original tags, labels, packaging, or included accessories when applicable.
  • Items marked as final sale, non-returnable, or clearance final sale on the product page or at checkout.
  • Returns sent without contacting customer service first.

How to Start a Return

  • Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
  • Tell us which item you would like to return and why.
  • Include photos if your return is related to damage, a wrong item, or a product issue.
  • Wait for return instructions before sending the item back.

Do not send any return to a fixed address without instructions from customer service. Returns sent without contacting customer service first may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost

Gobik offers 30 Days Free Returns for eligible returns that are started through our customer service process. Once your return request is reviewed, customer service will provide the correct return instructions and return details.

Return shipping may not be covered for unauthorized returns, ineligible items, returns sent without instructions, or items that do not meet the return conditions.

Refund Process

After your returned item is received and inspected, Gobik will review whether it meets the return requirements. If approved, the refund will be processed within 3–15 days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.
  • Your bank, card provider, or payment service may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
  • If the item does not meet the return requirements, the return may be declined.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or item, contact Gobik support before sending anything back. Our team will review your request and provide the next available instructions.

Exchange availability may depend on current stock. If an exchange is not available, customer service may guide you through the return process instead.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].

  • Include your order number.
  • Describe the issue clearly.
  • Attach photos of the item, packaging, label, and any visible damage or error.
  • Do not return the item until customer service provides instructions.

Final Sale Rules

Items marked as final sale, non-returnable, or clearance final sale are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law or unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
